Sizing help!

Each of our listings contains a size chart among the pictures to help you decide.

We suggest you compare them to one of your existing pieces of clothing that you like the fit of, so that you get a better idea of the size.

Please be sure to double check your size before ordering, as we do not offer returns or refunds.

Do you only carry up to XL sizes?

We currently make sizes 2XL and 3XL on demand, as we don’t have enough storage space to keep them in stock.

If you need one of these sizes, just send us a message on Instagram or email us, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you!

Please note that there might be a small additional cost, as our provider charges us extra for these sizes.

When will my order ship?

Embroidery items may take up to 7 weeks and printed items may take 1-3 weeks.

It depends on the demand and time of the year, as they are handmade to order.

These timelines are often met well beforehand.

Once shipped, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are shipped from our studio in Barcelona, Spain. Time varies depending on your location.

All items shipping to the European Union usually arrive in 5-10 business days. Other locations outside of the EU may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

When we ship your order you get an email with a tracking link, you can check that for more accurate information.

I need my order by a specific date

If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at threadsbysazz.store@gmail.com before ordering to see if stock is available.

We'll do everything in our hands to meet your request, but please note we can't guarantee that your order will arrive on time if it's a very tight deadline.

We do not offer express shipping at this time, so please plan accordingly!

Do you ship to X country?

We ship to most countries! We are based in Spain, so depending on your location the package may take longer to arrive.

To check if we ship to your country just try to go through checkout, and if it lets you, that means we do :)

Customs and import taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.

Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim or refusal to pay customs fees, a refund will not be issued. If this is your case, you can contact us to arrange a reship of the product, with the extra shipping fees this may imply.

USA IMPORT TARIFFS INFORMATION

The global tariffs are being introduced by the U.S. The new tariffs for custom duty and taxes will apply to all shipments exceeding the current minimum threshold of $800.

Please take into consideration that the increased customs duty and taxes are charged directly to the receiver of the shipments. If the custom fees are not paid by the receiver, this can result in shipments being returned to us. In this case a refund will not be issued.

Care instructions

Each item comes with a tag with washing instructions.

Be sure to wash inside out on a gentle cycle, hang to dry and don’t use any products that might damage your merch!

What brand of clothing do you use?

Sweatshirts are embroidered on Gildan Heavy Blend.

T-shirts are printed on either Gildan, Stanley Stella (organic cotton) or Comfort Colors brand.

All shirt options are made of 100% cotton.

How often will you get new designs in?

We try very hard to always have new designs in the making!Currently, we are aiming at having a new design every month.
